These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fortify AI Workout Tracker mobile app, also known as Fortify AI Workout Tracker Log, operated by Kwaku Bimpong, a sole proprietor based in Pennsylvania, USA (“Fortify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You may need an account to use some features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, device, and login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The App may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, renewal terms, free trial terms, and subscription details are shown at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your Apple account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment issues according to Apple’s policies. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions.
