1. Information we collect

Account information

We may collect your name, email address, account ID, and authentication details from Apple or Google sign-in. We do not receive or store your Apple or Google password.

Profile and onboarding information

We may collect gender, birth date or age, height, weight, preferred units, lifting experience, workouts per week, fitness goals, workout challenges, workout consistency, how you heard about the App, and whether you have tried other fitness apps.

Workout and fitness information

We may collect workout programs, templates, workout sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest timer data, notes, workout history, bodyweight history, progress metrics, and other fitness information you choose to log.

Because fitness, body, and workout information can be personal and sensitive, we treat this information carefully and use it only as described in this Privacy Policy.

AI feature inputs

If you enable AI Data Sharing, we may process messages, prompts, recent AI chat history, fitness goals, training preferences, workout context, analytics context, and insight context tied to your account to generate AI-powered responses.

If you do not enable AI Data Sharing, AI requests are not sent to OpenAI and AI features remain unavailable until you enable sharing.

You can change this setting anytime in the App at:

Settings → Legal & Security → AI Data Sharing

Disabling AI Data Sharing stops future AI data sharing. It does not necessarily delete AI requests that were already processed before you disabled the setting.

Usage, analytics, and device information

We may collect app interactions, pages or features used, session activity, crash data, performance data, device identifiers, operating system, app version, approximate location derived from device or network data, and basic device information for analytics, security, debugging, and product improvement.
